If you decide you would like us to build and host a website for you (or you would like to commission us to carry out any other work such as running an Adwords campaign) then you will need an account setting up. Setting up an account gives your own protected control panel from which you can conduct a number of activities:

• Deposit funds into your account using a debit or credit card
• Monitor your account activity, both historic and what is currently scheduled for the future
• Request additional work or features adding to your site, report problems and request technical assistance via our unique 'Ticket' system. When you raise a query it will be given a unique 'ticket' number. Responses are then added to the 'ticket', e.g. in answer to a query or to give a quote on a proposed piece of work. The ticket system makes it easy to keep track of what has been said on each issue
• News area. We are always adding new features and facilities. The Home page of your control panel has an area where we can issue news items to our clients
• Website control area. Depending on the facilities you are currently using, you will have access to a number of features, for example maintenance of calendar entries, news items or stock items
• Adwords area. If you want us to run your adwords campaign for you then periodic reports will appear in this area.

There is no cost for setting up an account and no debit will be made against your account unless it is previously agreed between us.
