Website design and Construction

Economy

We will set up your website for free (subject to certain terms and conditions). The only financial commitment you need to make is to subscribe to a minimum 6 month period at £12 pcm plus a subscription for a domain name (£5 - £19 pa depending on extention, .com, .co.uk etc see prices for details).

    • Control content of any of the optional facilities described above that you want to use

    If our Economy service cannot accommodate your requirements, for example, because you want a Flash introduction or you need an Ecommerce facility then please use the contact form to describe your requirements. Obviously the price we quote will be dependent on your precise requirements but we promise to offer you a great service at an unbeatable price.

    Specialist

    If you have an idea for a specialist Internet venture, for example using SMS (mobile phone 'txt' messages) or requiring database processing, then we can help you. Please use the contact form to briefly describe your idea. We will give you a confidential appraisal of your idea with no obligation on your part.

    Ecommerce

    (Selling goods straight off the page)

    The easiest, cheapest and fastest way to start selling goods straight off the page is to use the excellent oscommerce package. If you use the standard layout then we will set this up for you with no installation fees. The only financial commitment you will need to get up and running are:

    • Domain name registration
    • 12 month subscription
    • A merchant account to allow you to take credit/debit card payments

    We can change the format of the oscommerce software to suit any style. The cost of this will depend on the amount of work we carry out but as with everything we do, will be agreed between us before any work is done. Contact us if you want to discuss things or need any more information.

    If you have specialist requirements that can not be satisfied by the oscommerce then please contact us so we can discuss your needs without obligation.

    Hosting

    We run our own dedicated Internet Server for the exclusive use of hosting sites for our clients.

    We only run open source software:

    Open source means we have a full range of great software at our disposal, all of which is either free or requires only a small licence fee (depending on usage). Another advantage of open source is it is not plagued with virus problems which is often the case with Microsoft based servers.

    As our client we will set you up with as many POP3 mailboxes as you require. All incoming mail is screened by the very impressive Spamassassin which marks mail it considers to be 'Spam'.

    Database systems

    We have a wealth of experience in designing large database systems. Please contact us so we can discuss your requirements. We will produce a 'top-level' design for your system without cost or obligation on your part.
