- Non-Internet software will sometimes be offered to Stockgrove Brickhill Systems' subscribing clients. If our agreement is terminated by either party then you must uninstall this application from all computer equipment on your premises.
- www.sbsys.co.uk and the sbsys logo are trademarks of Stockgrove Brickhill Systems in United Kingdom. Other product and company names mentioned on this Web site may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
- No contract exist between Stockgrove Brickhill Systems and you for the provision of any service unless and until Stockgrove Brickhill Systems accepts, by email or in writing, your request for service. Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in United Kingdom and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you and Stockgrove Brickhill Systems irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom Courts.

- Any bespoke work commissioned, from us by you, must be agreed by email, or in writing, between us in advance. Any deviation from the original work specification must similarly be agreed by email or in writing.
- Except as specifically stated on www.sbsys.co.uk, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Stockgrove Brickhill Systems nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
- Stockgrove Brickhill Systems provides a secure, comprehensive online account system for their clients. This system will be updated, by Stockgrove Brickhill Systems, to show a record of all fees charged by us and with all payments received by us to be credited to your account. It is your responsibility to view this information regularly and inform us immediately if there is any item you disagree with.
- Stockgrove Brickhill Systems expect their clients to make regular payments to maintain a reasonable balance on this account. We expect you to make a payment into your account to clear any negative balance we deem to be unacceptable. If this situation arises, we will contact you via email or in writing to inform you of our concerns.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service of any client who, in our view, persistently fails to maintain an acceptable balance on their account.
Terminating the Agreement
The contract between us can be terminated by either party by giving the other party 30 days notice in writing.
It should be noted that the title of any HTML files, Java, perl or PHP programs for the site remain the property of Stockgrove Brickhill Systems. Any original source material (e.g. graphics and text) supplied by the client remains the property of the client and will be returned to the client upon request. All material will then be deleted from the SBS server. SBS require one months notice of closure of account from the client. Web space rental will be charged until the end of the notice period.
Acceptable use
The client is responsible for ensuring that all material on the client’s website is legal, honest, truthful, decent, inoffensive and does not infringe any copyright. It is the client's responsibility to fulfill any promise of service made through the website. SBS will, under no circumstances, undertake to fulfill any promise of service made through a client’s website. These conditions also apply to any other websites accessible from the clients website by hyperlink.
Pornographic or adult material is not permitted.
SBS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of any client suspected of using spamming techniques.
By subscribing to our service, you grant SBS permission to hold details of your business (namely, address, telephone, fax, and email) on our computer system(s).
Any advice given by SBS in response to a specific query from you is on the understanding that it is our opinion. We will accept no responsibility for loss, damage of any kind resulting from your subsequent action or inaction based on our advice alone.
